Coaching does not have to be face-to face.

I also offer coaching over the telephone, with Skype, or by E-mail.

All these ways are effective, and can be used together as a package. The pricing plans vary for each type.

For example, a package could be built around initial 1-2 sessions face-to-face, and follow up sessions by telephone or skype, with on-going e-mail support.

Each package is customised for each client.
