The Coaching Process
Whether you are working with personal challenges or Business problems, the process is designed and agreed together, based on the initial areas to be addressed.
There will be an initial free-of-charge intake session (normally by phone) to decipher your specific needs, and a number of sessions are then agreed on to accommodate maximum benefit.
Generally, from experience, 4-6 sessions are adequate to set and begin to achieve specific goals or aspirations. For you however, it is an on-going life process, so the benefits are long lasting, and are very often life-changing.

How I Coach
My coaching style is fair and intuitive. As long as you the client are willing to take a chance and move out of your comfort zone, and are ready to challenge yourself, then we are in business.
My style will quickly help you raise your own awareness around your specific issues, and help you gain confidence to move forward to apply your specified goals. However, if setting goals is difficult for you, I will help you develop suitable, achievable goals during the coaching process.
The important thing to remember is that once you make the decision to contact me, I am with you all the way through your journey. I do not just supply you with the fire hose and send you off into the furnace. Together, we work through the firefighting process and develop tactics to fight the blaze together.
Having said that, the plan is to develop strategies that you take away with you, that will help you in your future also.
“What I didn’t get as I had incorrectly expected was someone telling me what I should do or what they would do, coaching is guidance and not someone else fixing your own problems. Encouragement to solve my own future myself, was the order of the day. ” – HR Recruiter, Cork
