Business coaching is the practice of providing support and assistance to an individual or group in order to help them recognise ways in which they can improve the effectiveness of their business.

Workplace Coaching can be provided by managers/supervisors to employees on a range of specific work related topics, decided on by the organisation, and agreed by both the manager and the employee.
