Imagine waking up every morning with a smile on your face and feeling a general sense of contentment and well being.
This short workshop takes participants into their Belief and Value systems where they can decipher where they hold self-limiting beliefs. We will then look at breaking through those beliefs and develop better and empowering beliefs that will allow us to move forward, set goals and take positive action on those goals.
This Workshop is very much participant led and encourages active involvement by the participants. It is facilitated by highly experienced Trainers and Life Coaches.
What to expect from the Workshop:
- Learn where our Belief system comes from
- Decipher our Value System
- Discover areas of Life that are not being fulfilled
- Set Goals within those areas
- Learn to move forward with Smart Goal Setting
- Learn how to effectively create an Action Plan for each area
- Learn to retrain our unconscious mind with positive language and actions
- Useful Tools to help you stay on track
