A Day long workshop on Time and Stress Management
Time Management is a Myth! That is my theory anyway.
The only way we can manage the time that we have is to manage how we spend that time, and more importantly how we manage ourselves within the 24 hours that we are given every day.
Stress Management also is a Myth!
ALL Stress is created by nothing outside of us – it comes from within. It is the result of how we feel and react to something. Absolutely nobody can make us feel a certain way about anything. We simply choose to feel a certain way.
So this workshop takes a different view on time and stress. If you are ready to be proactive in managing yourself and reduce the amount of stress that you feel, especially the feeling of overwhelm, then this workshop is for you.
On the one hand, good time management is a critical element of effective stress management. Time management is probably the number one tool for managing stress and keeping it under control.
