Personal Development and Empowerment Course
Looking at developing our communication skills and interaction processes with those around us. This is a highly practical and interactive course with tried and tested models and exercises.
Participants take the opportunity to personally develop and set realistic goals with forward moving action plans.
This course takes us out of our comfort zone into the challenging and creative hemispheres, resulting in increased personal effectiveness in any chosen areas.

9.30am – 1.00pm
Cost: Eur €210 with Eur €100 required in advance (only €15 an hour!)
