Seefin Coaching was set up to provide an invaluable service to North Cork and its surrounds. Both Personal and Business Coaching provide oil for the locks so we can use the keys to life. Sometimes, we let those keys get rusty or lose them altogether. Coaching can provide a safe and encouraging environment to get those keys back in working order again. Hence, our lives become more enriched, fulfilled and more productive.
